Welcome to The Vioiv. By browsing or purchasing from vioivshop.com, you agree to these terms. Please read them together with our Privacy Policy and Return Policy.

In short: You must provide accurate checkout details, pay for your order, and understand that products ship from specific warehouses. Digital or physical product use is for personal, non-commercial crafting unless we agree otherwise in writing.

1. The store

The Vioiv sells crochet kits, materials, and related products online. Product availability, pricing, and warehouse options may change without notice.

2. Accounts

You are responsible for keeping your account login secure and for activity under your account. Please use accurate contact information so we can deliver orders and support you.

3. Orders & payment

  • An order is an offer to buy. We may decline or cancel an order if there is an error, stock issue, or suspected fraud.
  • Prices are shown on the product and checkout pages and are charged in the currency displayed at checkout.
  • Payment must be completed through the methods we offer (for example PayPal). Orders are processed after successful payment.
  • If your cart contains items from different warehouses, you may need to complete separate checkouts as shown on the site.

4. Shipping & warehouses

Products may ship from our US, EU, or China warehouse depending on the variant you select. Delivery times vary by destination and carrier. Tracking is provided when a shipment is marked shipped.

You are responsible for providing a correct shipping address and for any customs duties or import taxes that may apply in your country.

5. Product information

We aim to describe kits accurately (including difficulty level and contents). Colors may vary slightly due to screens, yarn dye lots, or photography. Handmade and craft materials can have natural variation.

6. Intellectual property

Site content, branding, product photos, and pattern materials provided with kits are owned by The Vioiv or our licensors. Purchase of a kit grants you a personal license to use the included instructions for your own projects. You may not redistribute, resell, or publicly share pattern files or instructional content without our written permission.

7. Returns

Returns are handled under our Return Policy (quality issues or incorrect items only, within 7 days of delivery, contact us first).

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, The Vioiv is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the site or products. Our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot be excluded under applicable consumer law.

9. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the site (including attempting to disrupt service, scrape content abusively, or use another person’s account without permission).

10. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date below will change when we do. Continued use of the site after updates means you accept the revised terms.
