Shipping & Delivery
Your kit ships from the warehouse shown on the product variant. Here is how shipping, free delivery, and tracking work at The Vioiv.
Quick summary: Eligible orders include free shipping. Choose the warehouse variant that matches your address. After we ship, you will receive a tracking link by email.
1. Free shipping
We offer free shipping on eligible orders. The shipping method will appear as free at checkout when it applies to your cart.
2. Warehouses & where we ship
Many products are sold as warehouse variants (for example Material Kit (US Warehouse)). The warehouse is the fulfillment location—not a “sales region” label only.

Please select a variant your address can receive. If a warehouse does not serve your country, that option will not complete checkout for that address.
3. Items from different warehouses
If your cart mixes products from more than one warehouse, you will complete separate checkouts (and payments) for each warehouse group. This keeps inventory and shipping accurate for each fulfillment center.
4. Processing & delivery time
- Processing: We prepare paid orders as quickly as we can. Timing can vary by warehouse and stock.
- In transit: Delivery speed depends on the carrier and destination country.
- Customs: International orders may be subject to customs checks or import fees in your country. Those fees are the customer’s responsibility when they apply.
5. Tracking your order
When your order ships, we update the status to Shipped and email you a tracking link. You can also find tracking in My Account under your order.
When the carrier marks the package delivered, your order may move to Delivered. That delivery date is also used for our return window—see the Return Policy.
6. Address tips
- Double-check your shipping name, street, city, postal code, and country before paying.
- We cannot guarantee re-delivery if the address was entered incorrectly.
- If a package is returned to us because of an address issue, contact help@vioivshop.com with your order number.
