Need help with your kit?
Every Material Kit includes step-by-step video tutorials. Open Kit Tutorials, find your animal, and unlock with the PIN printed on your kit (same as the product title on the package).
You can also scan the QR code on the kit — it takes you straight to the unlock screen.
Can complete beginners do your kits?
Yes. Most kits are labeled beginner+ — friendly if you know the basics, or you’re ready to learn with our videos. Start with a simpler animal and use our basic stitch tutorial if you need a warm-up.
I’m a complete beginner. Which kit is the best one to start with?
Pick a kit marked beginner+ with fewer color changes (for example classic animals on the Shop page). Follow the video one step at a time — pause and rewind as much as you need. If you’re unsure, email us at support@vioivshop.com and we’ll suggest one.
What comes with a kit?

What’s the difference between Material Kit, PDF, and Finished Product?

- Finished Product — handmade plush, ready to gift or display.
What is the yarn in your kits made of?
Kits use soft yarn chosen for amigurumi (easy to work with a 2.5mm hook and holds shape well). Exact fiber content can vary by color lot — if you need a specific material note for allergies, email support@vioivshop.com before ordering.
How long does a beginner kit take?
Most beginners finish a small animal in a few evenings (about 4–5 in / 10–12 cm finished size). Speed depends on your pace and how often you pause the videos — there’s no rush.
Can kids do your kits?
Older kids who can follow video steps and handle a 2.5mm hook often enjoy them. Safety eyes and small parts mean adult supervision is recommended for younger makers.
Can lefties do your kits?
Yes. Crochet is workable left- or right-handed. Follow the same stitches; mirror hand positions if a motion feels awkward. The pattern logic stays the same.
Can I buy your kits in-person at stores?
We’re an online shop at vioivshop.com. Browse Shop to order kits, PDF patterns, and finished pieces shipped to you.
Shipping
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is free on all shop orders.
You’ll see Free shipping at checkout. Stitch Pattern PDFs are digital and never need shipping.
Do you ship worldwide?
Yes — we ship internationally with free shipping on shop orders. Enter your address at checkout to confirm your country is available.
Do PDF patterns ship?
No. Stitch Pattern (PDF) is a digital download after purchase — nothing physical is mailed. Material Kits and Finished Products are the items that ship.
Will I get a tracking number?
Yes. After we ship, you’ll receive tracking updates by email. You can also check order status in your account when you’re logged in.
Orders and Returns
How do I track my order?
Use the tracking link in your shipping email, or log in → My Account → Orders. If tracking hasn’t appeared yet, the parcel may still be packing — usually updates show once the carrier scans it.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Email us as soon as possible at orders@vioivshop.com with your order number. If the order hasn’t shipped yet, we’ll do our best to update or cancel it. Once it’s with the carrier, changes may not be possible.
What’s your return policy?
If something arrives damaged, incorrect, or with missing kit parts, email us at returns@vioivshop.com within a reasonable time (ideally within 7 days of delivery) with your order number and photos. We’ll help with a replacement or refund case-by-case.
Opened yarn kits and handmade finished pieces may have limited return options for hygiene and handmade variation — message us and we’ll advise.
My package is delayed or stuck in customs
International parcels sometimes pause at customs. Wait for the latest tracking event first. If there’s no movement for a long stretch past the estimate, email orders@vioivshop.com with your tracking number and we’ll help investigate.
I was charged but didn’t get an order confirmation
Check spam/junk for emails from vioivshop.com. Then log in and open Orders. If nothing appears but your card was charged, email orders@vioivshop.com with the payment time and last 4 digits of the card so we can locate the order.
How do I leave a product review?
After you’ve purchased and received your item, open the product page and leave a review while logged into the same account. Verified purchase reviews help other makers choose a kit.
Kit & Crochet Help
How do I unlock my kit video tutorials?
- Go to Kit Tutorials (or scan the QR on your kit).
- Enter the PIN from your kit package (matches the product title).
- After unlock, you’ll land on your animal’s video page (multi-language videos where available).
Unlocked kits stay unlocked in this browser. Opening the video page without unlocking will send you back to the PIN screen.
I forgot my PIN / can’t find it
The PIN is printed on your kit (same style as the product title on the shop). Check the package and card back. Still stuck? Email orders@vioivshop.com with your order number and which animal you bought.
Videos won’t play / black screen
Try a private/incognito window, disable aggressive ad blockers for YouTube embeds, and refresh once. Switch language tabs if your region’s video fails to load. If it still fails, tell us which animal page and device/browser you’re using.
Are tutorials available in other languages?
Many kit video pages include multiple language options (for example English plus other major languages). Use the language controls on the tutorial page after you unlock.
Where can I learn basic stitches?
Start with our basic stitch tutorial, then return to your kit videos. Practice chain, single crochet, and magic ring before diving into the full animal if you’re brand new.
My finished size looks different from the photo
Handmade pieces vary slightly. Kits are designed around about 4–5 in (10–12 cm) with a 2.5mm hook. Tension, stuffing, and yarn batch can change the look a little — that’s normal for amigurumi.
