Return Policy

We want your crochet kit to arrive ready to enjoy. This policy explains when a return is possible and how to start one.

Quick summary: Returns are accepted only for product quality issues or incorrect items, within 7 days of delivery. Please contact us before sending anything back. Return shipping is paid by the customer.

1. Return window

The return window starts on the day your order is marked Delivered by the carrier (not the purchase date). You must contact us within 7 days of delivery.

After 7 days from delivery, we cannot accept returns for any reason.

2. What can be returned

We accept returns only when:

  • the product has a quality defect, or
  • you received the wrong item.

We do not accept returns for change of mind, ordering the wrong variant, or personal preference (for example, color or difficulty).

3. Return to the correct warehouse

Please return the package to the same warehouse that shipped your order (US, EU, or China). We will confirm the correct return address after you contact us.

4. How to start a return

  1. Email us at help@vioivshop.com with your order number and photos of the issue.
  2. Wait for our reply. Do not ship the item back before we confirm.
  3. If a return is approved, we will send return instructions and the warehouse address.

For orders shipped from our China warehouse, we may resolve eligible issues with a refund or replacement based on clear photos first, so you may not need to mail the item back.

5. Return shipping

Return shipping costs are paid by the customer. Please keep your tracking number until the return is received and reviewed.

6. Refunds

After we receive and inspect an approved return, eligible refunds are issued to the original payment method. Shipping fees are generally non-refundable unless we shipped the wrong item or the product was defective on arrival.
